Canal Park Development Association (CPDA) is a non-profit entity established for the purpose of promoting, designing, fundraising for, and constructing The Washington Canal Park. The current board is comprised of representatives from the landowners of the blocks contiguous to the park. The Association is funded by a combination of federal, local and private contributions. The Board of CPDA has extensive experience in creating and managing residential and commercial opportunities in re-emerging markets.
