As the District continues to attract new residents the pressure to create additional residential living options within downtown has only increased. Interface worked with SB Urban to illustrate their vision for re-use of existing buildings as micro-unit communities in both Georgetown and Shaw. Micro-units are very small residential homes with large communal spaces.
