Oakville Alexandria

Interface Multimedia worked with Stonebridge and Bozzuto to visual their new residential property in Alexandria, VA. With new retail along Route 1 and hundreds of new residences along Swann Street, the new Oakville development will help complete the transformation of Potomac Yards from a series of warehouses along the historic railroad yard into a thriving neighborhood district in the center of the DMV. Our work included illustrating the exterior of both the Raeburn and Ives building, as well as, a series of interior amenities including a new pickleball court, dual lobbies, club room and game room.
