The Landing in Alexandria, Virginia offers a range of possibilities as breathtaking as its panoramic views of the Potomac River and Washington, D.C. Here, residents are in the heart of one of Northern Virginia’s most desirable new neighborhoods.
This hospitality-focused senior living community features assisted living and memory care residences, with studio, one- and two-bedroom residences offered on a monthly rental basis. Backed by a suite of services grounded in a concierge model of hospitality, amenities at The Providence of Fairfax showcase cuisine, engagement and wellness. Interface worked with Silverstone / Watermark Communities as well as the base architect and the interior design team to carefully craft each space with the exact furniture and art work. The videos are used on the public web site as well as the sales offices at each property.
A few years later Interface also assisted Silverstone with Phase 2 of this project next door at The Riviera.
