The Modern
Interface builds a brand story that connects The Modern at Art Place with the historic Washington Color School.
Representing a redevelopment of a residential site near Fort Totten, The Modern is a new paradigm for this part of Washington and an integral part of the larger Art Place development. New in-line retail and a Children's Museum planned for the site will enliven South Dakota Avenue and the surrounding neighborhood.
