Art Place

Art Place

Interface worked with the Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation to build the Art Place brand and bring this unique project to life with illustrations, marketing collateral and more.

Art Place Fort Totten is a one-of-a-kind, mixed-use community coming to NE Washington, DC. Art Place will host urban living environments with affordable housing, retail, food and drink spaces, Explore! Children's Museum, and two public charter schools. The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation turned to IFMM during multiple phases of the project to develop branding, messaging, illustrations, presentations, and marketing materials including the branding for The Modern apartments on site.
