Interface produced a collection of renderings and VR tours showcasing the the new luxury apartments at Union Heights on the H Street corridor.
Union Heights has the most extravagant amenities offered in the District. It has a full 21,000 sf of shared spaces that boost daily living and lifestyle throughout. Work, play, dine and socialize, there’s plenty of room and facilities to enjoy the height of amenity living.
Hoffman & Associates turned to Interface Multimedia to produce a complete visualization of their most luxurious condominium to date. Curved lines, spectacular views and unique amenities required illustrations, VR tours, and a film to convey all that AMARIS has to offer.

Capital One Hall VR
Still under construction, Interface helped ASM Global reach their audience with virtual tours of Capital One Hall.
Opening fall of 2021, Capital One Hall will consist of a 1,600-seat main theater, 300-seat black-box theater, conference rooms, outdoor terrace, grand foyer and a 250 seat roof sky park amphitheater that will be available for touring shows, Broadway, corporate use, community, arts, education and civic events, to name a few.
Interface Multimedia created a comprehensive leasing web site for Monday Properties that showcases VR tours of over 4 million square feet of office space.
Taking advantage of the latest in 3D and photographic VR technology, Interface Multimedia created a new marketing tool for the brokerage teams that is simple to use and easy to manage. The MondayVR platform is designed to grow with new functionality and features as Monday Property expands their marketing needs. The site has high resolution aerial photography, custom virtual reality tours and 3D animated walkthroughs. The MondayVR launch represents the first phase of the virtual platform rollout in which brokers can use the tool to discover Monday Properties’ 4M+ square-foot Northern Virginia office portfolio. Following this phase, Monday Properties plans to incorporate the firm’s growing multifamily portfolio. All tours come with access to a live chat or the ability to set up a customized tour with a leasing representative.
670 Maine Avenue
Interface Multimedia (IFMM) partnered with SHoP Architects to develop a 360 VR experience of the new 670 Maine Avenue offices at the Wharf DC.
A lush urban courtyard defines the center of this project, organizes ‘islands’ of retail and captures unique views out to the Washington Channel. Interface Multimedia (IFMM) created a logo and type system meant to capture the character of this unique building by the water.
Interface Multimedia ( IFMM ) and Forest City Washington developed immersive virtual reality 360 VR experience for retail leasing at the reimagined Ballston Mall in Virginia.
Using a series of iPAD tablets to display this high quality animated virtual tour, the leasing team easily walked retailer prospects through the entire renovated mall. With only a merchandising plan, Interface designed storefronts, entourage, and lighting to help communicate the exciting vision for the new Ballston Quarter.
Interface Multimedia ( IFMM ) and Hoffman Madison Waterfront partner to develop a comprehensive 3D database of the entire southwest waterfront. Interface was in charge of developing a single, comprehensive 3D virtual reality environment of the waterfront property.
Over the 10+ year effort to make The Wharf a reality, Interface has developed and managed a complex 3D database that our Client, Hoffman Madison Waterfront has used to navigate the entitlement process, build awareness of their brand, and market the project including building-focused films for both the Vio and 1000 Maine.
