"The North Capitol Crossroads project is centered around Catholic and Trinity universities, the Irving Street NW hospital complex, the Armed Forces Retirement Home, and McMillan Reservoir. It aims to create a vision for more interconnected neighborhoods anchored by places to live, work, and heal, and considers known changes coming to the area, such as the McMillan Community Center opening this summer. Transformational opportunities identified in the vision will elevate the area’s cultural heritage—an initiative that began with the collection of oral histories featured in the podcast."
