Our architectural animation of The Riviera Alexandria by Silverstone Senior Living in Alexandria, VA was featured in the August 2025 issue of Environments for Aging magazine. During each phase of development Interface worked with the development, marketing and design teams to craft an animated film to drive early marketing efforts and during construction leasing. This work was the second phase of a 183,000-square-foot community along Route 1 in the Potomac Yards section of Alexandria. The project delivers spacious residences featuring one and two bedrooms, elevated finishes, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light with  curated amenities such as multiple branded dining venues, a spa, rooftop terrace, fitness center, and theater, artist’s maker space, along with personalized services including concierge and valet support.
