Silverstone Senior Living
Interface produced multiple Silverstone Senior Living videos and stills for four new communities in Maryland and Virginia.
These hospitality-focused senior living communities feature assisted living and memory care residences, with studio, one and two-bedroom residences offered on a monthly rental basis. Backed by a suite of services grounded in a concierge model of hospitality, amenities at The Providence of Fairfax showcase cuisine, engagement and wellness. Interface worked with Silverstone / Watermark Communities as well as the base architect and the interior design team to carefully craft each space with the exact furniture and art work. The videos are used on the public web site as well as the sales offices at each property.

The High Road Foundation
Interface designed a campaign of marketing materials help educate the public about the benefits of monorail within the I-270 corridor of Montgomery County, MD.
Interface worked with Bob Eisinger of Promark Partners to craft a marketing campaign to reintroduce monorail to the U.S.. Worldwide 42 urban monorail systems are operating today carrying millions of passengers to work each day. Advances in technology and changing priorities make monorail an alternative worth considering today. The Metropolitan DC area is crippled by traffic congestion, much like other similarly-sized regions. With our team of 3D Artists, Animators, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Editors, Interface helped the Foundation craft their message through words, artwork and animations to drive home the important points of this complicated proposal. Once the presentations and multiple videos were created, Interface designed a comprehensive website to feature these tools as well as compiling detailed information on how the multiple facets of this proposal would work.
Reimagining the Wharf
Interface worked for over 2 years on this 30 minute documentary of "Reimagining the Wharf". Production of the documentary began in 2015 with storyboards, on-site time-lapse photography and 4D construction animation.
Interface Multimedia was proud to debut 'Reimagining the Wharf' at Pearl Street Warehouse on June 28th, 2018. The half hour documentary, follows the planning, development, and construction process which led to the grand opening of the District Wharf on October 12th, 2017. Over 25 interviews, dozens of site visits and 8 public events were captured to tell the behind the scenes story of The Wharf. The film represents a two year collaboration between Hoffman Madison Waterfront, Interface Multimedia, Velodrome Media, and Eye to Eye Video to capture the complexity, commitment and expertise that was required to deliver a new waterfront to Washington, DC.
