Darien Commons

Working with Federal Realty, IFMM helped illustrate the transformation of Darien Commons into a mixed-use walkable neighborhood center. At the frontend, we work with companies to illustrate their vision for the project, during lease up we create custom branded illustrations to show retailers how they will fit into the overall merchandising plan. To name a few, @sweetgreen @seamores @vanleeuwenicecream and @gregoryscoffee were all part of this process and are opening soon at the new Darien Commons. We strongly believe an investment in a 3D model early in the development process creates benefits during the design, entitlement, marketing and leasing phases of the project as it has at Darien Commons.

Other projects where Interface has supported a robust retail leasing effort include both Seaboard Station in Raleigh NC and Pearl Square in Jacksonville, FL.
