Intuitive Surgical

KSH Architects partnered with HOK to deliver this Norman Foster-designed project for Intuitive Surgical, a leading biotechnology company specializing in robotic surgical products. The 850,000 SF facility features a below-grade warehouse and loading area; ground-floor manufacturing and R&D/lab spaces, including mock operating rooms for product demonstrations and training; and two floors of Class-A office space with access to two landscaped courtyards at the building’s core. A future phase will add a 370,000 SF building connected by a pedestrian bridge, seamlessly linking the two structures.
